I recently went on a mission to find some weights and a decent bench so thought I would leave some feedback for others looking for them, feel free to add any reviews:

Good selection here for decent range equipment, ideal if you only want a non gym standard setup but better quality then your cheap stuff. I paid 18,000Bhat for a bench press with preacher bench, lots of weights including 2 14kg plates + bars. Website is not updated so don't bother with that.

This is for your more higher quality gear equipment, I went in and it was a bit out of my price range but really nice equipment.. more gym standard stuff, good if you have more space. The owner Chris was very helpful and honest speaking good English.

I bought some one dumbbell from here, weights bars/plates are a none standard sizes so you wont be able to use the weights or the bars on other setups plus for what you get it is quite expensive.

does anyone know where i can purchase some 20kg plates from…. i live at Laem Chabang area so would need delivery if possible….. i asked at Johnson Sport in the big central shopping mall in Ptya and the guy said yea we do 20kg…then proceeded to show me 2 x 10kg discs lol….should have expected that one haha…. trouble is i need them for dumbbells and as you know its limited for disc space on the dumbbell length…..thanks in advance for any help

thanks Ryan will give em a try…. i wish it were for dumbbell curls lol …want em for one arm dumbbell rowing and t-bar rowing , i just train at home and have to adapt my exercises to a couple of sets of dumbbells and an old make shift bench

I've never waited more than a week ( delivery up country ) for anything from Shaggy at Gymware, great guy - perfect english, great attitude.

Great guy, but his delivery times have gone up. A friend of mine had to wait over a month for his stuff, he lived like me a bit out of BKK.

I shaggy has good stuff, Chris from ultimate fitness too (even higher quality)

We are talking here about 30mm plates ?

twozedz: got some 14kg plates from FBT sports when I was in bangkok, not cheap but good quality and no online hassle,
