How to claim your discount at the Thaivisa Lounge Bar Bangkok

 

 

Thaivisa members are entitled to a 15% discount on all food and drink at the Thaivisa Lounge Bar Bangkok.

The Lounge Bar is located on Sukhumvit Soi 7, just a few meters from Exit 1 of Nana BTS.

 

How to claim your discount

 

1. Download the Thaivisa App to your smartphone or tablet and show the app installed on your mobile device to bar staff.

 

Download the app here

 

 

 

2. Members without a smartphone can print out their Thaivisa forum profile page by clicking on their member name in the top right hand corner of the screen and then selecting ‘My Profile'.

 

An example of a ‘My Profile’ page is shown below.

 

 

Print out your profile page and show it to staff at the Lounge Bar Bangkok to get your 15% discount.

 

 

 

Free food and pool on Fridays

Every Friday from 7pm (unless we have another event planned) there will be free food and pool tournaments.

We also have a number of other events planned over the coming weeks and months, more details of which will be available nearer the time.

 

The Lounge Bar is somewhat of a new concept for Thaivisa but we are working hard to establish the bar as venue where Thaivisa members can enjoy a beer or two, play some pool, meetup, network and socialise in lower Sukhumvit.

I went on Saturday afternoon for a few hours . . . was a nice place to chill with a friend visiting from overseas and have a chat . . . thumbs up! :)

There is free Wi-Fi already, I've used it myself.

 

There will be signs going up inside the Lounge Bar about the free Wi-Fi later this week.

How does one go about identifying other TV members. One couldn't say, for example, "Is there a Rimmer in the bar."

I went there showed app 120 baht for a beer? My god I didn't want to buy the bar.   Good thing I didn't get a black and coke might of had to mortgage the farm.Guess been a while since I went into a bar. Retired from liquor industry so I know the retailers costs. But nice place friendly staff. Wouldn't mind getting more friendly with the bar tender lol.  no disrespect intended.

If I had a printer I would then have to remember to carry the page to the bar. If I asked for the discount and stated I belonged to TV, wouldn't that be enough "proof". Why make this so difficult.

95 baht for a beer in Beer Garden. 25 baht is the premium for drinking with all those TV members you promised yourself you wouldn't be seen dead with ?

 

Just joking - I'll be giving it a whirl and 120 baht a beer doesn't put off those who are serious socialisers or comfy seat lovers. Serious drinkers? that's a different response
