We're a helpful bunch on the photography section of TVF and

speaking for myself here, but possibly others also...we know

of some places you could go to. Firstly, where in LOS are you

located? This will help enormously because we're scattered

all over the country.

Secondly and most importantly...How did you get your

"splash of saliva" on your NEX7 Mirror since it is a

mirrorless camera?

In reality there's no need to be scared of cleaning the sensor yourself. I do it all the time with my Leica M and Canon 5D2 and never a fear. I've been self cleaning for years now. CMOS sensor in both cases is a bloody dust/gunge magnet. It's the glass covering on the sensor you are cleaning and not the sensor itself.

Go to the local pharmacy or even 7-11 and get a 50 baht bottle of isopropanol. The 70% proof is preferable. It's the little blue bottle they use to clean cuts and wounds. Alcohol based. Leica recommend this product! Acquire ( maybe via EBay) the appropriate Visible Dust swabs for your sensor size. Some of the camera shops sell the product. 2 squirts on the swab, swipe one way, back the other, and that should do it. Repeat with a NEW swab if necessary.

Honestly, it's as easy as that. Keep the fluid and remaining swabs for future use.
