Having lived in Jomtien for several years...and having a propensity for an enjoyable massage at least once per week...I can tell you from experience that at least half of the massage parlors I went to were fronts for prostitution...some girls even seemed offended if you actually told them you needed a massage first...and talk about the other later...

So I do not believe one must go "undercover" to expose prostitution in the Pattaya...Jomtien area...

Pretty hard to take police work seriously with news like this. If the spent a few weeks undercover at Panthip Plaza, they might also arrest Khun Somchai for selling a bootleg CD of Windows XP.

Prostitution?!? In Pattaya of all places?!? I can't believe it. Someone actually accepted money in exchange for sexual services?!?!... I am shocked SHOCKED I TELL YOU. Having lived in Pattaya for close to a year several years back the news of this just stuns me. When a good, family centered city such as Pattaya loses the innate puritanical center it was built upon we all lose out. Personally, I don't see how the city can recover from this scandal. If Pattaya ever became famous for something like this I believe it would ruin its international image. Ugh... I can't believe how upset this has made me. I think I will write a letter to the pope.
