Pretty sure I have seen jugglers before so highly possible it is real.

This was the entire point, or at least the hook, of the late 80's Tom Cruise flic "Cocktail"! I never saw the movie, but the publicity machine at the time made me aware of competitions held for those that do this.

Judging my some of the music ('disco' Nirvana) I guess this could have been filmed in the early 90's though.
