Featured Replies

I am thinking getting one in Thailand and on my exit I can get a 7% refund for VAT.

The last time I heard was B16,900. Where can i get the best bargain in Bangkok ?

Around ฿18,700.00 for the 10.5"

Around ฿15,700.00 for the 8.4"

Whatever the cost is you must insure that you purchase it from a vendor that participates in the VAT back scheme. Just having the item with you, when you leave Thailand, is not enough. You must have a form issued by the seller, the receipt, and the item to show upon departure

Don't forget to get to the airport early to do the paper work prior to departure

Thanks, mate. Yes, I would always purchase from vendors who could provide me with the documents for VAT refund.

I believe the best bargain is still at Pantip Plaza.
