name change on chanote without sale
My wife wants to gift a small piece of land to a close relative (both Thai citizens), so it's just a name transfer, not a sale. Does anyone know if the name change can be done remotely or by proxy since neither of them now lives locally to the land itself? I hope there is an alternative to trekking to the Land Office in the changwat! -

SIDS - Sudden Infant Death Syndrome - Is Caused By Vaccines
I'd go immediately to the methodology on these sturies/experiments. How did they find, isolate and purify the virus. If they have done that then I'm very interested. Not yet seen it. But interestingly!? Where is the control? The experiment that runs alongside, but without the snot/mucus/juice? -

90 day report by mail question
in all the years that I did mail it in, I registered it on day 15 prior to the due date and mailed it. Usually within 3-5 days, i got a reply receipt so no problems ever during that time. Great with LTR means no 90-day reports whatsoever. good luck with your report. -

Crime Woman Tortured with Hot Iron & Held Captive by Ex-Husband
It sounds like she had the great misfortune of marrying an absolute loser, a pale shadow of a man, someone without much emotional development, and perhaps someone who just couldn't handle the fact that the relationship didn't work out. I sense that no amount of psychological help could have helped this guy, and I suspect really, really bad parenting might have been a factor. This guy should be executed, there are absolutely no excuses for heinous crimes of this degree, there's no place on this earth for a vermin like this, and his actions are essentially a self-revocation of the right to consume oxygen. I hope the judiciary can grasp that concept.
