Chalerm: I'm alive and well

BANGKOK: -- Former labour minister Chalerm Yoobamrung Sunday dismissed rumours on social media that he has died. He said he is well and exercising everyday.

He said those who cooked up the rumours wanted him to come out to make political comments. He said he was invited to several events but he declined the invitations because he wanted to keep low profile.

He said he would attend the funeral service of former deputy House speaker Apiwan Wiriyachai on Thursday and would attend the cremation on October 19.
