If you have provided an acceptable alibi then no DNA testing is needed. So many people say the police are not trustworthy. I would never volunteer a DNA sample.

If charged I would only give it in the presence of my attorney and with continuous oversight.

I certainly would be looking at both criminal and civil defamation cases as well as going after websites publishing defamation.

Let them speak freely of course as they will undoubtedly keep defending the "authorities" in this appalling case no matter how many holes are revealed and blunders and ridiculous statements made. But is it really necessary to respond to them in every instance?

On the 23rd September they now had enough evidence and had detained the suspects for questioning and expected arrests by the end of the week.

But doing so would require them to admit that they intended to frame some innocent people, and that is something that they're just not going to do. They're in too deep now.
