Historically a very good footballing side, but i've seen little of it this season. That will probably change with a decent manager.

I would say the youth policy is the best.

I'm in two minds about this one to be honest Mr BJ. On one hand it seems he lacks premiership experience but he might just sieze his opportunity and play a blinder in the remaining games.

Overall I'd prefer to see someone come in from outside and destabilise your side a wee bit.
