Are There Any Shop Units Avaiable?

anyone know of any suitable units about>?

Where on the island were you interested in? Hadrin has very high rents but guaranteed sales during the Full Moon.

Thong Sala will be less busy but perhaps a bit cheaper. If you drive around you'll be sure to see some places with signs out in front.

I remember talking to turkish guy at green mango, 100 bhat for each shawarma :o

Shawarmas don't sell more than 40-50 bhat in bangkok and 60 bhat in phuket, that's the

maximum. Here in Dubai it's sold for 30 bhat only

Secondly, that idiot was using rotti like bread for his shawarma, instead of labanese standard bread

used, I have eaten shawarma more than 1000 times, most awful i had ever

As you are coming up from the roundabout there is a shophouse with a sign out front, right hand side I believe. Near the gold shop. Anyway, Mr keng is subletting it, he's got the clothes shop opposite Bua Kao and the gold shop a little further down, near Vantanas.

No idea what he wants but there is a mobile number on the sign and he does speak some english.

Other than that, not sure of anywhere else, best to drive around and take a look. Ask around. Its a small place, there's sure to be a few people in the know.
