hot spot with phones

Featured Replies

I want to bring wifi pad with me from States. Most come now with wifi only, the cheap ones.Over here real easy to use hot spot with phones carrier for internet.I live in Surin where internet is scarce and will most likely use True carrier.I'm wondering if I'll be able to use a hot spot from my phone with True internet sim card. Now almost all pads come with built in carriers,ATT,Verizon,Sprint, etc.

Moved to mobile internet

U can create hotspots as long as your phone has this function ...most smart phones can do that

If you are using it in the house . I would suggest getting a wifi booster as the phone hotspot is not the strongest

of course you can do it

- depending on the strenght of the signal you have on your mobile phone (2G, 3G, 4G (which I have not yet found in Thailand))

- depending on your contract with the carrier (up- and download rate, volume available until they cut your speed, cost for the downloads etc.)

- depending on what you want to do on your tablet (surf only, games, up- and download of pics and video etc.)

Best solution is to buy yourself a Wifi USB Stick from one of the carriers who offers the best wifi network in the place where you will mostly stay.

Yes you will be able to... Truemove H will allow hotstop tethering from a smartphone to your wifi tablet...
