Which Immigration office

Featured Replies

I am leaving Bangkok in a couple of weeks and will be living in a village, about 45KM outside of Mukkdahan.

I am on extension of stay ( Thai Wife).

Which office do I need to use for 90 day report?

Which brings me to another question, TM28. What are the consequences if I didn't do this and just turned up for my next 90 day report ( due January 2015 ) with the new address? Are immigration offices interested in this form?

Someone I know moved to Bangkok from the north, and didn't do a TM28 just did his next 90 day report and nothing was said. But I know different areas look at things differently.

If you are in Mukdahan province you will report to the immigration office in Mukdahan city.

Whether you need to do the TM28 depends upon the local immigration offices policy. Most will just let you do your first do your first 90 day report to them.
