A retired Vietnam Vet in Prama 9 Hospital in Bangkok needs this blood type for heart surgery. Neither the hospital or Red Cross have any. Has been waiting for this blood type for last 5 days.

Have been told by the hospital that blood donations can be made at the hospital or Red Cross.

Can PM me for his name but unfortunately can not be on the computer 24/7.

The Prama 9 hospital should know who he is. Has been treated at this hospital for last 2-3 years. Has complications related to: Hypertensive Heart Disease associated with Diabetes Mellitus Type II. Thankfully this treatment is covered by the VA, as it is a combat-related service-connected disability.

Any help, blood donations appreciated.

Just received information that an A Rh Negative patient can receive donor blood from both A Rh Negative (A-) and O Rh Negative (O-).
