I recently made 2 AirKBZ bookings via their website.

I have the booking codes, but they have never charged my credit card and never sent an email confirmation.

Tried the Customer Login section of their website however it does not load. Also tried to email them with no success.

I will attempt to call them tomorrow. Has anyone made any bookings with them recently through their website?

if u got no confirmation it didn't go thru

did they gave u a booking number? if so go to the site an search for bookings made.

Air asia does this an they give u 1 day to make payment otherwise it gets trashed.

I previously face the same issue. In regards to my experience, you should contact to Air KBZ sales agents because they are keen to provide you good service.
