We've done this the last 2 or 3 times we needed to get to the Airport early in the morning or late at night. About 200-250 Baht from Sansai. Fortunately, we're close to Kad Suan Kaew and you can always find a tuk tuk near Kad Suan Kaew 24 hrs/day. I was told they check yr docs before exchanging numbers but that didn't happen as she only had my passport. Well worth paying her a day's wages for an hour or two in the morning.
