Its not free. Read about it a little more for the charges. It is cheap compared to the rest but there are cheaper options, India being one example.

The primary concept is good but one would like to see some of the detail of the business and computing courses. The risk is that the content of such courses is dumbed down and doesn't equip students with the necessary skills to make them employable, but hey that is the case with a significant number of courses both in the US and the UK.

This is not an online university without any references, or a scam like many others. This project is supported by well know people, the Clinton Foundation, The Bill Gates Foundation, and many well known companies.

It is very good opportunity for young people from 3rd world countries, even teachers and young professionals....but they need to speak good English to apply. That's is the only condition, and makes sense. It is an American university.. And it is practically FREE.
