ISP in Jomtien with good Euro lines

Anyone have an update on witch ISP who have good lines to Europe at a normal price range.(Speed/ping)

I currently have 3bb dsl.

Is there a list showing outbound lines for each ISP in Thailand?

Cat, True, 3BB is ok for Europe.

I will have a look at true and cat..

is CAT ON Net and CAT ISP the same? or do they have 2 different lines. AS9931 and AS131090

Any experience with any of them?

Cat On Net is sub division of CAT so yes they are basically same.

I just see they have 2 different line speeds out of Thailand.

But the map at http://www.cat.net.th/map/internetmap.html show it better as you see both internal capacity and international.

So CAT and TRUE looks like the one with best capacity.
