I am desperately looking for shoe laces and a bit of choice as well. Need several types.

Is Platinum Fashion mall a good place to look for 'em?

I haven't see one in Platinum mall but it is a big place. Check shibuya also while you're there. I saw shoe lace in Emporium mall in male shoes area.

The shoe repairer in the basement of Robinsons, Sukhumvit 19, by the rear exit/entrance of Tops has a good selection.

I've seen a booth at Chutuchuck Market that sells nothing but shoelaces, but I've forgetten which section it was in. Also, Big C sells shoelaces on the same aisle as the shoe polish.
