My Friend Came Over -- Distressed & Upset - Did I Say Wrong?

Last Night My American Falang Friend Came To Our Condo -- Obviously Upset & Distressed:

He Said: "Steve, my Thai wife has dropped me down to sex only once a week. I'm not happy."

I Said: "Look David, you don't have anything to worry about. I know two other guys she has cut-off completely."

He seemed upset when he quickly left.

Did I say something wrong? I was just trying to make him feel better.
