Hello.. I need to take my dog to see a vet about a possible skin disease or flea treatment, but these things are so commonly misdiagnosed and treated. I was hoping I could find out from someone who lives in my area who could direct me to the right place. I stay in Angsila, which is near Chonburi City or Bang Saen Beach. Thanks!

Been to lots of bad ones in LOS, but the best, and very good and reasonably priced at that, was MondernPet Hospital in Rayong.

Yes one on the Bang Saen road from Galaxy down to the roundabout.

Probably about 400 metres from the Galaxy traffic lights on the lefthand side, next to that small local pizza place (or 2 or 3 shops from it).

If you have the time then Kaserset university in Bangkok.

Oh the Bang Saen place shuts at lunch on Tuesday IIRC. If this link works it's the place that's closed. Must have been taken on a Tuesday afternoon.
