Cheap flights from Germany to Thai?

Hey can anyone advise where i can check affordable tickets to Thailand? Airport doesnt matter but Frankfurt is closest. Im a bit confused now. I always bought round trip tickets for around 500 euro with not too much searching and now the cheapest I could find is 450 for one way?? I plan to go late Jan and return end of Feb.

One way is most time more expensive than round trip. I found on a quick search with kayak a lot of flights (round trips) around 493-600€ with Oman air or Etihad, Emirates. Start date 29.01. and return some time in February.

Oman air this spring. But also next year you can find them easily Etihad and co offer them a lot around 500€.

Book until 15 Dec for travel up to 15 Jun'15 except 15-23 Dec and 25-31 March.

Emirates € 520.- FRA-BKK / nov20-dec3 (visitors sister-in-law, nephew and niece).

Etihad / august 2014 an acquaintance paid € 418.-
