Late News - I'm Missing All The Events!
This is just the most recent example, but for most "happenings" and events around Thailand, I only read about them AFTER the event! How is one supposed to attend these events, if there is NO news about the dates it will happen, at least a week or two BEFORE the event? I read both AseanNow and The Thaiger News daily, and get news e-mails from The Pattaya News, can anyone please tell me of a more reliable news source for events so that I don't keep missing interesting happenings around Thailand? Thank you in advance! -

Windows 10 support ends in a year . . .
My official and unofficial hardware both have the exact same update history. So yes. If updates stop at some point I am still better off than I would be if I left the laptop on Win10 imo, so there is no downside. There is also the possibility of a workaround being found if they try stop updates. -

Foreign 'Mafia' Harass Tourists in Pattaya, Taunt Local Police
One sick sociology polluting today's 1st world: Too many inept criminal-friendly do-gooders. Constantly protecting the human rights of the social vermin, no concern for the victims and justice. -

Judge: Trump Could Be Partially Responsible for Jan. 6 Riot Despite Lack of Direct Order
So “could “ and “partially responsible “ could be used to charge Pelosi, Waters and even Harris (bail out money) with death, destruction, mayhem and anarchy during the infamous “summer of love “. -

iCon Fraud Unveiled: Lessons in Greed and Hard Truths
What I find most interesting about this scheme isn't necessarily the length of her sentence or how long she served, but who was taken in by this scheme and what happened when it went bust. The Wikipedia page does not go into these details for understandable reasons, but this information is available elsewhere on the internet with a bit of digging. -

Deadlocked Between Trump and Harris in NBC News Poll as Election Approaches
Why do you think Trump is exhausted? He looks fine to me. I'd rather have Vance anyway. -

Does your Thai wife keep you on a short leash?
That is the case for any man in any country. I remember decades ago in the UK I was going out with an English woman, she started to become bossy and possessive so I "did a runner", and she ended up marrying my brother's friend. It was not the last "runner" I did, in fact, I did it again and the ex ended up marrying a friend's friend, I should have been paid a commission for all of the couples I put together. 😄 My brother never saw much of his friend after the marriage as she controlled him. I think some guys like to be controlled as the wife is a replacement for their doting mother.
