We can clearly see the cars body moving up as driving over something. 2) How come nobody stops his car to offer assistance??? This is something I really HATE here. As long as it is not their own son or daughter there seems to be indifference. I would stop my car in the middle of the road to ensure the victim is protected from further harm and I would immediately go to assist. That is just normal and human. Not assisting is disgusting in terms of behavior. And saying that you should not help because they might blame you is not the right attitude neither. 3) The Police should catch, fine or imprison those who do not assist a person in danger. Merry Christmas for the rest of your life with this gift. Had an accident above that bolted him over the overpass and into traffic where he then gets run over and survives. Talking about using up your nine lives (if he was a cat). And yes, you can tell he was run over by the car...where he lands and where he ends up after the car passes. Furthermore, the car was driving slow, but in any case, you can see the cars right hand side...it looks like it's driving over bumps.
