Pets Ville is pretty good (although not cheap) - the dogs get a lot of exercise, they genuinely seem to care about their customers (and dog guests).

Pretty much anywhere where they stay in a decent sized room or space (rather than a kennel or cage) is going to cost you quite a bit, but if moneys not an object then I'd say that list above should have something to hopefully meet your requirements.
