tao - dive boats operating?

Currently on samui, booked tao for 26 - 30 Dec. Was advised only one ferry operating daily due to weather.

With that are dive boats operating?

If so, is viz bad?

viz might still be a little on the mirky side due to the blood from yesterday's fatal dive accident ( speed boat propeller vs. dive student).
