Cigars, cigarettes and tobacco are found for sale (legally) in supermarkets and mini marts. You have to ask for them as they cannot openly advertise them. I think that this is the case - I do not smoke myself. Anyone out there have more info? Hookahs and e cigarettes are illegal.
