I am looking for an apartment / studio to rent in the Pinklao area (preferably between Southern Bus Terminal and Phra Pinklao Bridge). My budget is 7000 baht + utilities. Any information or suggestions will be very useful.

I just rented out my holiday home 5 minutes by car from the southern bus terminal - but my brother in law is finishig his own 3 bedroom house next to my property and it can be ready fast, if needed.

I have rented my home for 10k to a thai family and his house will go for a similar money.
