Just a heads up, traveled back last night from Cambodia to Phuket via Bangkok

went thru immigration with my Cambodian gf and they now have a counter for ASEAN

very few asians using it

She used that lane, i used the one next to it marked PRIORITY

I don't think they really care if you're an ASEAN national or not to use the ASEAN counter. You could have probably used that lane too. I have and it's no problems. It's only the Thai lane that immigration don't want you to use unless 1) they are directing everyone over there because there are rarely queues at the Thai counter or 2) you are a permanent resident or 3) are traveling with a Thai national.

nothing new here-or you have not been at DMK since it reopened-this/these lanes have always been there.
