Reading American Sniper at the moment by Chris Kyle....

Interesting read....but not an enjoyable read....

Tend to like it better with fictional characters dying/being killed....

Michell Houllebecq(or however he got spelled): platform (one of my favorites)

or something to smile Micheal Moore:stupid white man( nice mirror)

I've read some Michel Houellbecq and quite enjoyed him; though it's basically hardcore porn written as high end literature.

presently, The Grifters by JimThompson...

recently finished Underworld by Don Delillo and The Adventures of Augie March by Saul Bellow...

the latter were long slogs but entertaining (a contradiction?)...I was trine to see what them folks is trine t'do...

besides...there's much not else livin' inna construction camp in the saudi desert...thank god fer kindles and books on the internet...

Stuart McBride....good detective series. Some doric so beware.

Richard Price "The Whites".

Sibel Edmond "Classified Woman" ....

She has accurately described many of today's events, years ago.Her story as a gag-ordered translator during the months of 9/11 is mind boggling. The vast amount of information she deciphered and still continues to decipher is fantastic.

IAN RANKIN

Even dogs in the Wild,a Rebus

novel he has retired ,but still helps out

The Mirror Thief by Martin Seay.

Steve Berry - The Emperor's Tomb.....

2nd time but he's always an interesting read......

I need to get to Asia books soon......

Trinity - the second book in Conn Iggulden's war of the roses trilogy. I am a big fan of historical novels, the bonus being you get to learn about history as well as a rollicking good read.

Stephen King "End Of Watch", one of his best, kept me gripped all the way.
