My cheap but amazing oven is used almost every day for more than two years. I absolutely love making aromatic bacon in it to wake up to. It's almost fool proof. The maid got a little rough with my red darling so I went to go look for a new one.

Went to Big C in the cooking appliance section. When I looked at the round Halogen ovens, I heard ANGELS singing!

They have your typical halogen 12 L glass ovens. But this one I saw had a RING extender. Now it's 17L !!! Large enough for a nice sized turkey!!! I wish I saw this before Christmas but better late than never. Tomorrow I'm going to the big city to get my turkey and will report after.

Oddly enough, I searched online today for an extender ring. I saw one on Amazon for $25 plus shipping. (Sure it would be over $100 with shipping.) but guess what?? You can buy a lot (2) for $25 (shipping included) on aliexpress!!! What a relief. If the one ring isn't enough for a big turkey or too close.. I am buying this set of rigs to extend my oven by another 5-10 liters!!!! I'm so happy to be able to cook ANYTHING now. Leg of Lamb, Whole Ham. (Yes I know I'm capitalizing!)BREAD!!! CAKES! WOOOOHOOO!

Total cost of the unit with the extender at Big C was 1390 Baht.
