big land near buddy hotel anyone know what plans going to be? big C hope not

I asked the owner of a nearby property and he said the family who owned that land sold it "cheaply". The entire plot is 18 rai and they sold it at only 6 million per rai. Lands around there usually sells for at least over 10 million per rai.

He told me there's rumours that they're gonna build a gated housing community.

I was talking to some Russian developers who were planning to build a gated community on Samui on 18 rai of land. Coincidence?

Nope, that's probably the same.

Looks like the Russians really got the land at a bargain.
