Kismet
I have already signed the S&P for a new condo in Bangkok which will be ready in three years time. The question is this. Can I sell the condo any time now before the three years (completion date)? Please kindly advice. Thanking you all in advance.
KittenKong
You cant sell the condo because you dont (yet) own it. You can sell the contract to buy on, along with the obligations of future payments that it imposes. Assuming you can find a buyer of course. In Pattaya they call it "flipping" but I suspect that at the moment there are more people who want to flip than there are buyers.
mike324
yes you can sell the contract, if there are still a lot of units in your condo, you will most likely not find a buyer unless you sell at a loss and give up your deposit.
ToddinChonburi
Yes you can but you will take a big loss.
