I am planning on bringing my Thai wife and our Thai/British daughter over to UK for a visit in the next 6 months. Both their passports expire in December 2016. Are their passports valid for long enough? Thanks in advance for any replies.

You daughter will presumably be entering the UK on her British passport, so no problem.

As long as your wife's passport is valid for the duration of her visit visa; no problem.
