If possible,you may find it better to try and sell it yourself,

they are sites where you can list,ThaiVisa classifieds,

Bhat&Sold,put signs on front of house,on electric posts

in your area,

We used to use agents to find tenants for our rental

properties,but found them pretty useless,so for last

few years have been doing so ourselves with much

better results,and a saving of money.

I depends on asking price,location,condition of property

how successful in finding buyer you will be,there are

people with cash ,who are buying properties as an

investment and to rent out,as returns from Bank

deposits are dire. good luck.
