Possible Divorce coming up help!

Featured Replies

I have a Thai marriage, official one with Thai lady, been married 9 years, now she is talking about divorce! I have bought the house, land car and pick up, I will be going to see her shortly to see what the position is. What can I expect from a Divorce in Thailand, anything or nothing, 50/50?

Any helpful and advice would be appreciated. I guess you have all heard thus before, it new to me and need help.

My understanding is that anything purchased after the marriage is 50/50. Possible there is an exception if you have documentation that the money is yours and it is also documented that the other belongings have been designated as yours.

Lots of armchair lawyers here who say things which are incorrect or wish lists.

Talk to a lawyer.
