Do you mean the initial visa, Further Leave to Remain or Indefinite Leave to Remain?

The latest figures for settlement visas processed in Bangkok show that 100% of decisions made in December 2014 were processed within 60 working days of the application being submitted.

Unfortunately, UKVI do not publish similar figures for in UK applications ( or at least I can't find them) but the advice is to allow at least 3 months for FLR applications and 6 months for ILR ones; though anecdotal evidence suggests most take a lot less time than this.

For FLR and ILR applications you can pay an extra £400 to apply in person at a premium service centre for a same day decision.

Edit:

I see from your other topic that your partner is currently in Jakarta, will be applying for a UK visit visa soon and after 6 months in the UK will be returning to Jakarta to apply for settlement (you seem to be aware that she can't switch a visit visa to settlement whilst in the UK).

Obviously, processing times do depend upon demand, so you should use this tool to ascertain the latest times for Jakarta at the appropriate time.
