My I-140 (EB3) has been approved recently at CSC and at this stage I have to decide between AOS and CP. Unfortunately my lawyer did not indicate CP in I-140 application and since the US Embassy in Turkey requires I-824, I have to through this process in case of choosing CP at this stage. Currently CSC takes around 15 months processing I-824 according to JIT reports.
My question is, I have heard that CSC processes I-824 s very fast if the I-140 approval is attached to it. Is that a myth or is there truth in it? If true could you give me details/referrals? Any advice will be highly appreciated.
