emilymat Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Before posting I did search this forum but could come up with no useful and current information. I did not want you to think I was some lazy Joe, asking others to do a job for me!. Anyway, I would be most grateful if anyone could recommend an interpreter in Pattaya with whom I can sit down for a confidential three way discussion. I am quite happy to pay a sensible going rate for this service, but have no idea where I can find someone with the bi-lingual skills and confidentiality. With many thanks.
chickenslegs Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 I guess that any lawyer that deals with foreigners regularly will have acess to an interpreter. There is a lawyer who provides free advice on Thai Visa... http://www.siamfirm.com/#
KittenKong Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 There are a couple of "official" interpreters in Soi Post Office. They may be more used to translating documents than discussions. Still, cant hurt to ask.
thaitorrent1 Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 I know one but the rate is 500/hour and minimum 1000 thb per visit (i think even if less than 2 hours)
