My girlfriend will leave Thailand with my kid ( dual citizenship ), going to Europe to meet me, the original Thai birth certificate it's with me actually in Europe.

Did the Thai Immigration at Suvarnabhumi, can ask her to proof to be the mother of the kid to leave Thailand with my kid and may refuse the kid to leave thailand if she can't proof ?

She only carry a copy.. of the Thai birth certificate..

My son has only ever been required to have his passport. Actually, both were presented at check-in (US and Thai) for the purpose of providing evidence that he will be admitted into the United States. He has only ever presented his Thai Passport when exiting Passport Control with his mother. There is no need for a birth certificate, copy or otherwise.
