HELP. Firefox problem

A few days ago I D/L a FF update. Since then firefox has been freezing up & crashing.

Any other member having this problem and how can I fix it.

Sorry I cant remember.

open FF and click on the top left bar that says FF then click on About and it will tell you which version you are running

Check your plug-ins and extensions, to be sure they are also up to date. Respond if you don't know where to find that.

I think it is a problem with the Flash plugin being out of date , I started getting message from my security prog. about it.

Yes I have 35.0.1

Im still playing around with it. in-between crashes.

Go into tools then add ons and look at Shockwave flash plug in , the latest version should be 16.0.0305 if not you need to update it.

Update add-ons, as NE1 says, check the Flash Player for sure. If you've got version 16.296 and Firefox hasn't disabled it for you already, you should do that.
