Australian visa 600 vs e600

good evening ladies and gentlemen this is my first ever TVF post. I have been reading this forum for many months and found it very informing. Anyway I am interested in bring my special lady to stay with me in April, I will be sponsoring her for the duration of her trip, I understand that that I need to supply bank statements, letters from employers, phone/skype records etc, am I better off doing the 1419 paper form and sending it to my lady with all the other documentation and getting her go to VFS or doing the E600 form.
