What is a reasonable domestic shipping fee for a 24" computer monitor?

I plan to sell a 24 inch computer monitor on bahtsold.com and offer shipping out of Bangkok. The monitor weighs about 19 pounds and I would ship it in packaging from the Thai post office.

Has anyone shipped something this large through the Thai post before? I'd like to get an idea of a reasonable shipping fee that would cover destinations as far away as Chiang Mai or Phuket/Samui.

About 500 Baht if you use EMS, 155 Baht if sent as parcel based on the Thai post website - http://www.thailandpost.com/rate.php

I generally use SDS (Southern Delivery Services) which compares very favorably with TNT, EMS and other express delivery services. If they do pickup by 3PM in BKK I have in Phuket next day by 4PM. Generally very careful handling, about 200 baht for what you describe (that's BKK -> Phuket, maybe more if CM to HKT, etc).
