Who in Pattaya can find and repair all the water leaks at a fair price?

This is your typical cheap shingle roof that is practically worthless and very flimsy and cheaply built.

In fact it is so flimsy it can not support one's body weight.

We had some leaks on part of a very old roof and rather than continue to find and fill in we bought some plastic

corrugated pieces--about 5ft by 2--different sizes available and had them laid over the the leaky area--light enough to not cause problems and easy to cut to size.We used the clear type but some colours are available. We fixed to wooden framing. In our case the alternative was a complete re-roofing.

If you can get inside roof area, then line with plastic sheeting, heavy duty 1 meter wide rolls are available at most hardware stores for that purpose, affix with a nail gun, and seal nails with silicone...done!!   (I have relined two houses this way, (start top down with overlap) new house I had the builders line with plastic before roof tiling laid)
