February 28, 201511 yr First of all, I'd get my headlamps adjusted by a company that is set up to do this. As you say, you might also get your eyesight tested. Adjustment (if needed) won't make the lights brighter. Actually I thought you were talking about the area of illumination. Whereas the actual lumens are not likely to increase, the focus and intensity and the area covered can be changed dramatically. You need a garage where this is carried out regularly.
