Since many years he transferred a lot of money from abroad which he keeps in Thai bank accounts Does he need - to buy my condo - to transfer money again from abroad or can he as Elite Card holder ask the bank a certificate with the origin of his money?

March 26, 201510 yr If he already has the money in the bank just have the amount required changed into dollars (or any other and currency I suppose) and back again into Baht again, that will do. The bank can do it for him.
