buying condo by Elite Card holder

An Elite Card holder wants to buy my condo.

Since many years he transferred a lot of money from abroad which he keeps in Thai bank accounts

Does he need - to buy my condo - to transfer money again from abroad or can he as Elite Card holder ask the bank a certificate with the origin of his money?

He needs to ask a the bank for a letter showing funds from abroad. His elite card has nothing to do with it as far as i know

If he already has the money in the bank just have the amount required changed into dollars (or any other and currency I suppose) and back again into Baht again, that will do. The bank can do it for him.

Long story short ... the Foreign Exchange Transaction (FET) must have a clear trail to the purchase of the condo.

Bankers deal with this every day ... it should not be a problem if the funds came into Thailand in a correct path.

His Elite Card means nothing in tis case.
