Southern riders,

from a 75 km radium out from Kanom beach, would this be a fun ride? Once in the Kanom beach area, are the roads worth the ride?

It's lovely around that area. Good roads around Kanchanadit, Donsak, Khanom and Sichon. Stay off the main highway where possible and at Sichon you can hook inland to some nice waterfalls.

    just returned, yes lovely ride by the beach passing the new resorts ... yet, sadly .. the local villagers, one sad fellow in particular, no helmet, just a pacama on the head, appeared to have a extremely negative outcome on the road.. I have never seen this type of fatality on the open road...

    seemed to spoil the day and yet increase the alert mode and increase safety distances..
