Perhaps the Norwegian parent company has been quietly doing an assessment of personnel competence and is removing those that show too much Thainess and not enough effectiveness. Perhaps they want to instill the thought that personnel are employed to service customers and wish to enhance DTAC's reputation as a company that delivers reliable good product , on time and at reasonable cost. Who knows, I hope that this is just the start of a slow movement of employing people who deliver results, not who knows the boss.
