Does anyone know where i can fix my tyres in my car today as it is the worse day of the year to try and get anything done today most shops are closed on sundays.

And also BQuik. They have outlets in many locations.

well it's sunday and all the shops were closed as i have a car not a motorbike but i managed to find a place on the superhighway for 100 baht right next to marko .

You can also buy repair kits that allow you to fix a tubeless tyre rather quickly and easily. But you do need to have an air compressor to pump your tyre back up afterwards (Or go to the nearest service station and use their air hose).

The repair kit comprises a metal tool like a rats tail file which is use to prepare the hole once you have removed the nail, screw or whatever caused the puncture. Another item which looks like a sewing needle and is used to insert a rubber plug into the prepared hole and finally some rubber plugs. I little bit of physical effort is needed to repair a puncture but I always carry one of these kits in the truck. Very handy tool to have.

Sangchai Panich (Motorbike spare parts and after market parts) on Charoen Muang Road has these as do many other places Im guessing.
