Has anyone been down to immigration this month to do their visa renewal?

I know it was a real nightmare a few months back, but I was wondering if it's improved.

I was wondering what time are people are starting to que up outside in the morning.

Last time i queued up at 6:30.

Had only 3 numbers in front of me for non b visa.

Finally was helped at 11:30.

Had some missing papers, the officer needed some original form x 2 which doesn't exist.(there is only one original )

So i went back home and made 2 colors copy of the original which i kept because i also need it next year.

Delivered the papers at 3 pm and i was out at 3:30, everything good , very good the officer said.

What was the form you needed, does it have to be in color?
